Evident India Pale Ale of warm amber colour with the addition of earl grey tea and lemongrass. Beer with high bitterness and solid malty base. Complex aroma - resin, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, delicate flavour of tea. Full and evident taste of resin, citrus fruit, grapefruits and earl grey tea. Tea and lemon grass were added to the brewing vessel. Additionally cold-hopped.
